Our roadmap 2025-2028
In 2025, the Group launched a three-year ESG roadmap setting out its key objectives. This roadmap applies at two levels: the holding company and the businesses in which D’Ieteren Group is invested.
Roadmap at holding level : advancing ESG leadership
As a large publicly-listed company, D’Ieteren Group embeds strong governance into its core identity. This commitment extends to upholding the highest standards of business ethics and driving the Group’s ESG strategy forward.
As part of its 2025–2028 ESG roadmap, D’Ieteren Group aims to strengthen ESG governance around two key pillars: ongoing ESG awareness initiatives for governance bodies and timely, value-creating compliance with sustainability regulations.
Business level: create value through active ownership
Building on our first ESG roadmap, running from 2020 to 2025, which sat the foundations of our active ownership approach linked to ESG, the new three-year roadmap aims to further embed ESG at all levels of the organisation.
Next to monitoring progress on each business’s sustainability roadmap involving environmental, social and business ethics related objectives, the Group offers hands-on support and expertise on selected material topics that are high on the agenda, subject to growing demands for action, and where it can provide significant added value. These focus areas include the following :
